Cass works with portfolio companies to improve their financial reporting and visibility. She is focused on using metrics that matter to drive better day-to-day decision-making and outcomes, as well as streamlining reporting across the portfolio. For three years prior to re-joining the team as a Principal on the Operations team, she was an Associate at ParkerGale, involved in all aspects of the firm’s investment process, supporting deal sourcing, diligence, and the monitoring of portfolio companies. Earlier in her career, Cass received her CPA license while working for KPMG in the Deal Advisory practice, focusing on financial due diligence for private equity clients. Cass received her BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and graduated with an MBA with Honors from Chicago Booth.
